If you are looking for ongoing therapy to feel more satisfied, alive or to improve your relationships, I can help.
Starting therapy can be scary. It might feel like you are going down a rabbit-hole and that you may have to face things that you prefer not to. It may feel like you will need to “change” in ways that feel uncomfortable.
And you might feel like you will have to see a therapist for years and years and years.
I don’t work that way.

I don't believe in endless therapy and I believe in setting clear goals and direction for your work with me
I also believe in ongoing evaluation as to whether or not you feel you are making progress in those goals. If things get scary and overwhelming, I’m there to help and we will only go as far as feels comfortable to you. Understanding why you react a certain way, does not necessarily mean that you have to change your behavior. There is never a “no going back” in therapy.
And I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My work with you can focus on:
- Improving relationships, be that romantic partners, friends, or child.
- Accessing the pleasure of living, in your body, your career, your family and your life.
- Understanding reactions and behaviors that feel out of control and helping you to change them.
- Understanding what might be keeping you feeling stuck and helping you move forward towards defined goals.
